Child Care Teacher

We have a high standard in maintaining a dedicated team; our teaching staff are experienced educators with qualifications in early childhood / preschool education or related discipline. Through the use of games, songs, rhythm and other stimulating activities to elicit children’s potentials in all aspects of development. Daily activities held in groups for children to learn manners, self-care abilities and fostering healthy habits. English and Mandarin activities are provided by native-speaker of English and Mandarin teaching staff to enhance children’s communication abilities in biliteracy and trilingualism.

Our menu is designed under the guidelines of registered dietitian to provide a healthy, well-balanced diet for healthy growth and development of children. We clean and disinfect our facilities regularly to ensure a healthy and hygienic environment for children. Moreover, we have a thorough picking-up procedure and video surveillance system to ensure the safety and security of the children.

Salary range : MOP 20,000 – 32,000

Job Descriptions

  • Design and implement a developmentally appropriate nursery program for children aged 1-3 years
  • Plan and implement daily routines and activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program
  • Prepare teaching materials and respective classroom setup for daily activities
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained and in good condition
  • Ensure children are closely monitored at all times
  • Provide supervision to Teaching Assistants and Childcare Assistants
  • Observe, assess and record every children’s learning and development progress and discuss with their parents on a regular basis
  • Keep parents posted on program expectations, program activities and their children’s progress within the program


  • English proficiency at native speaking level
  • Certificate or above in early childhood/education/child psychology, or those undergoing relevant courses
  • Qualification in Montessori education is an advantage
  • At least 1-year relevant working experience in early childhood education preferred
  • Enjoy working with children in creating a happy environment
  • Responsible, energetic and creative
  • Self-managing and able to work independently
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
